"RJ is a phenomenal teacher. We worked together for a year as a microenterprise technology consulting and research team. She was the mastermind behind the project and I played a support role. We were together almost every day and working closely with RJ was a delight.
Not only does she have excellent project management skills, but she also communicates clearly and is easy to get along with. This isn't just my perspective, but was evidenced by all of the clients knowing, liking and trusting her work.
- Raymond Lissee
"RJ is continually intrigued by how businesses work. She's passionate and knowledgeable about small businesses and is a true joy to collaborate and work with."
-Jennifer McGunn
"We suspected that the company we hired to do social media was not performing at the rate they were charging us. We didn't know who to turn for an honest opinion of what was going on with our social media efforts. So, I came across RJ's services. Finally a person that wasn't trying to sell me something. She knows what to look for and can give you assessment that is impartial because in the end she isn't trying to sell you a product. Now anytime we will need guidance with anything social media we will be consulting with RJ first."

My name is RJ Redden, and I am a technology coach. How did I get here? It has been a long road! I started out with a Theatre degree, way back in the day. I designed, painted and built theatre sets, and taught high school kids how to do the same. It was an intense job (to say the least).
When I graduated college, I moved into using AutoCad in a drafting/design role at a local company. I discovered something valuable there. If I just did a little work behind the scenes (automation) that I could make computers work much harder for me. The computer used to control me. Now, I was controlling the computer.
This magnificent revelation led me to believe that I could do bigger things. Much bigger things.
The thing that makes me most happy in life is to teach people how to be powerful with technology. The spark that drives me is the light in someone's eyes when they finally figure something out. My passion is teaching others to go beyond the boundaries of what they think they can do. My life is centered around teaching now, and I couldn't be happier.
